We are looking for Pastry Chefs with 2+ years’ experience or pastry degree. This is a great opportunity to work with some of the industry's leading figures and be part of a growing and innovative company.

Responsibilities include:
-Executing and managing the pastry station
-Developing and contributing dessert menu and brunch specials
-Operating in a clean works pace and producing top-quality desserts to support the pastry team
-Managing and training pastry cooks
-Managing the station
-Ordering and tracking inventory
-Maintaining health department, food quality, and restaurant standards at all times

Requirements include:
-Excellent baking and pastry skills; experience with cake decorating; chocolate work; and running service.
-1-3 years of relevant restaurant experience
-Able to handle a fast-paced environment and manage pressure well
-Responsible, respectful and team player
-Great work ethic and committed to being the best
-Able to work weekends and without restrictions

Tee Shirt Design Contest

Rooftop Food!!!

Starting this Thursday, The Greenhouse Tavern will be serving our buckets of fried chicken on the rooftop. 

Rooftop Yoga starting June 7th!

We are so pleased to have Dana Perry join us this summer for rooftop yoga! Dana Perry is a yoga teacher and musician who recently moved home to Cleveland after spending the last 12 years in Brooklyn, NY.

In 2006 Dana Perry received her Yoga Certification from Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica. She has completed levels I and II of her Reiki training with Lisa Levine and is studied the healing practices of Ayurveda with Maya Tiwari through the Wise Earth School. 
Through her knowledge and experience with many paths to healing, Dana can provide each student with exactly the practice that will serve them best.

"The experience of yoga has allowed for beautiful transformation in all aspects of my life. These practices have opened me up to my own inner strength, courage and compassion. Through asana, meditation, breath and mantra, I have been able to take a journey of deep self exploration that has simply made me want to love more, to give more and to continue on this path towards truth and light. My classes and private sessions are geared to serve the students and help them find a practice that will uplift them and inspire them to feel alive and healthy in body, mind and spirit.  I am thankful for the opportunity to share these practices and to continue to grow and learn with you all!
